My story

Finding my strength

For years, my physical health was a direct reflection of my mental health. I cycled through severe anxiety, brain fog, digestive issues, weight fluctuations and chronic fatigue. I tried everything to "fix" myself (diets, new routines, supplements, counselling), but nothing truly stuck until I discovered strength training.

Slowly, step by step, my body began to repair itself and build a strong foundation. The journey wasn't an effortless climb, but consistency became my anchor. Over time, the anxiety lifted, my energy returned and my mental lows faded. Movement transformed my life so profoundly that people started asking me for guidance. That's when I decided to change careers and dedicate myself to helping others build their own strength and vitality.

Why women's health

Women's bodies go through incredible transformations, from monthly cycle shifts to pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. Yet so much traditional fitness advice completely ignores how our hormones and bodies actually work. I specialised in female-focused training to change that narrative.

Getting fitter as we age isn't about chasing perfection or punishing ourselves in the gym; it's about functional longevity, hormone harmony and feeling vibrant in your own skin. Whether you're navigating midlife body changes, recovering from childbirth or looking to protect your joint and bone health for years to come, my goal is to make fitness feel accessible, sustainable and empowering. Small, consistent progress adds up to massive change.

The best part of my week

There is nothing more satisfying than watching a client realise what their body is truly capable of. I love helping women remove the friction, time pressure and intimidation around fitness, so they can carve out undisturbed time for themselves. As a mum, I know how precious your time is, and guiding you towards feeling grounded, energised and strong is the best part of my week.
